1. Service Description
Ghar Dabba provides home-style tiffin subscriptions on a monthly, trial, or one-time basis. Meals are prepared in verified home kitchens and delivered to your doorstep.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of each billing cycle.
- You can pause or resume your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
- No refunds for partially used billing periods. Pausing stops future deliveries but does not refund the current period.
- Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
- Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries during the selected slot.
- Notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before subscribing.
- Do not misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription from the dashboard at any time.
- After cancellation, deliveries stop at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions in case of violation of terms.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from the dashboard. This permanently removes your personal data and active subscriptions. Delivery cannot be reinstated after account deletion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ghar Dabba is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the contact information you provided.
